Soul v's Ego
How it’s your Ego that feels the fear, worries, gets anxious, even about little things. Your Soul is the one that knows which direction you should be going in. We will be using tools to reign in your Ego’s fears and connect more with your Soul to hear what it has to say.
How setting boundaries, making time for yourself and continually practicing meditation allows you to make better decisions, increases your energy levels and helps your family and friends in the process.
How forgiveness and letting go is the key to healing both your emotional and physical well-being.
